Today sucked!
I did OHS, and FS for the first time ever. Set my PRs.
Then did 130 BS, my last Pr for BS was 135. I figure 130 isn't bad considering it was the third of three hard exercises.
Then I finished off with a 3K row.
I can't wait to see how strong Michelle is. I am positive she is stronger than she thinks she is!!!!
OHS: 55,65,70,75,85(pr)
FS: 100,110,120,125,130(pr)
BS: 130,140,150,160(pr),162(pr)
*couldn't let Jess beat me so had to break some pr's today. Royale still got me on the FS and BS but I'm catching up slowly but surely ;)
Also did some Ab work

Jess, I doubt I would have went as high if it hadn't been for your numbers my legs are still screaming from Fran. So thanks for the push...keeping me from slacking.
