*first round was with 50# the rest 45# I can't believe how quickly I hit muscle fatigue I had to break up the SP so much and I tweaked my right shoulder but of course too hard headed to stop. Hopefully it's better after some ice and motrin.
It did suck!!
I did 25lbs. That was enough, I cant fathom how D did 50, even if only one round.
It was round four that started the down hill run for me. After that my initial 3 sets of 7 turned into 4 and 5 sets, broken up whatever way that led me to 21.
My time was 25:17
ok D you i forgot my time and weight but i could have done more weight. but yes it did SUCK. GOnna do Mondays WOD on rest day to catch up.
Nat your time was 24:45 25# first 2 rounds was too easy for you so went to 30#
Michelle you used 30# first round and 25# for the rest time 18:17 *more weight for both of you next time!
Jess started with 55# first round and went down to 45# 45:02
