(worked up to 97#) Rack jerk - heavy single; 90% of single x 1 x 2

*some of these lifts are new to me so not sure of my max so trying to find where I am at. Jess came over and did the workout with me and also witnessed that I got 3 (not consecutive) double unders!! I was so excited. I have family in town so I don't think I am going to be able to get to the 2nd workout tonight but we'll see.

I went and worked out with D today... lifted same weights as her so my numbers are the same. And Yes I did witness the THREE double unders! Great job Michelle!
