Did push press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 alt workout from a few days ago
135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195 and one rep at 200
Started on today's WOD
225x5,245x5,265x5, 285x3 then got a call from the wife, baby may be on her way , if not i'll be in tonight for 30 muscle ups

Yvonne didn't sleep a wink last night as she was having contractions all last night. We went yesterday morning and they sent her back as she wasn't dilated enough, but I think we're heading there this morning.
