* forgot to get split on timer, 2:40 for rounds 2 and 3, went with an average because they felt about even with round 4.

I think that I could have been 1 min or so faster if I was not feeling sorry for myself because I am still recovering from the filthy fifty I did with some CrossFit guys I ran into here.

They did a modified version where six exercises were outside in the midday heat

Slam ball 20lbs
Knee to elbow
Ring dips
Tire flips (only 25 because it would have take way too long to do 50 because it is so heavy)
Box jumps 24" box
Wall ball
Burpees
SDLHP 75lbs
Double unders
Kettlebell swings 1.5 pood

My time was 38:55, the sun was a real killer.

Did Helen in 12:08 my first workout when I started about 3 weeks ago was Helen and did it in 13:42......so not bad for 3weeks but my goal is too get down to 10:00

* 2 mins off PR however first time doing it as rx'd female weight ( 1 pood) and kipping pull up. I am sucking on the metcon workouts.
