Did Michael this morning... running, not my strong suit! I only did 25 BE and 25 SU each round for a time of 33:58. Good Job this morning ladies, saw your times on the board!

Hated Micheal, was horrible on the running, really wanted to just stop and go home. I think i didi it in the 43or so minutes

Back extensions were hard for me...hamstrings kept cramping. Finished just under 30 minutes.

I am happy I can finally do this workout as RX last time I did it in Fran: 9:36 50# Kipping in Dec.

*I went to head to head with Sean on this one! Of course he won by 6 mins but he helped me keep going when I wanted to quit. Thanks you!

Wasn't thrilled about back extensions so I went with power cleans.

Last time I was pissed that I couldnt get 67, after three failed attempts.

This time I tried 80 and failed twice, but I was so pissed I tried again and I got IT!!!

New PR 80!!! yay

*You guys did great on Michael... and TM that was a crazy PR in such a short period of time. It's amazing how quickly you are all seeing results. Gotta love CrossFit!
