Did yesterdays WOD again, I could not let my old rival from north of the boarder (you know of who I speak) totally destroy me. So I did it again, my time was 11:16. I forgot the first few splits so I just gave up on that. I only had time to do this outside, I think that I will be trying to recover from the dehydration for the next day or so. I need to find some good pull-up bars inside.

did wod for today and it was horrible.....19:52 but it was easy on the muscular part of it just felt like my heart was gonna burst threw my chest and im not a runner i think no matter what shape im in ill never enjoy it. overall my body is changing by the day so regardless how horrible it works for me.
