first day doing dead lift & it was very intimidating to me. Ended up doing 125 as my PR

Awesome Michelle, that was my first PR too. Give yourself credit, you worked hard.Nat and I worked back and forth. It was great motivation. 95,115,135,155,185 -195x1I didn't get a new PR, but this workout is sure to get me stronger, so my next attempt at deadlifts should get me to 205!!
I have to say I am proud of all of you guys it's great to see you making so much progress in a short period of time and having fun while doing so. I have been very impressed with all of you!
