Burpees were horribly slow.
pc landing: 2 x 10 x 45
quick drop: 2 x 10 x 45
ab twist: 100 x 5
I looked pretty funny trying to do the double unders!
So I went with the alternate.
My max bench is 85, so I did it with 55. Used the bands for the pullups. They sucked but i was excited cause last attempt I couldn't even do one without D assisting me. This time was able to do 7-9, without her help. My goal is to be able to do a full pullup on my own by the end of the summer.
Finished in 31:47... thanks for the push on those burpees, I thought I was going to die!
I forget my exact time, but it was around 15 or 16...burpees were definitely not a pretty sight, & I did 100 reg jumpropes (which I actually enjoyed...I'd like to jump rope more often) instead of double unders. Felt great to use the workout as a nice venting tool today.

*my forearms are swollen I wanted to go heavier on bench but was feeling tired and didn't have a spot.
You can call if you need a spot next time, I have no life lol!
