Karen, 150 wallballs (ultra-light 1kg ball)

1:26 (50)
2:56 (100)
4:25 (150)

Interesting experiment here. May 31st I did Karen as rx'd in 15:33. Everything was weak. Moving to the opposite end of the scale, Karen ultra-light was unbroken with all of the time wasted waiting for the ball to come back down.

3 rounds + 15 pull ups

* I know pathetic but started with a pounding headache and quickly felt like I was going to throw up. The push ups kicked my ass I was down to singles in the second round thats what I get for neglecting the basics for 3 months. (excuses excuses...)

But, I'm transitioning to nights, so I've been pretty tired lately.

Excuses, excuses...
