I had a great day today. After missing three days in a row, due to Dennis' hospital stay, yesterday kicked my butt!

Instead of rest today, I opted to work on my least favorite thing. POWER CLEANS. I thought I finally got good technique, but..

Then I set a new PR, and it was VERY, VERY ugly! But I got it. Its funny how sometimes when you are working so hard, it feels like your are moving in slow motion.

So I am now at 86!!! thats a 6lb leap. I am so excited!!!

So anyway I am going to work on posting more. And I am thinking of throwing in a morning walk/jog, just to burn some extra calories.

I am so pschyed for Sat, Its and tie, I can't wait for Krav Maga (did i spell this right?) and cake batter ice cream at that treatery in front of Green Hills mall.
LOL Carb days RULE!!!

TM that is a very impressive PR!! And yes, sat should be a lot of fun.
