Seven rounds: 27:45
Had to use pole assist with pistols. As usual, pull-ups slowed me down the most. Did I mention how much I hate (and suck at) metcon?

*first night back at Krav after 3 weeks off so didn't want to do a metcon today.
There was no hope of my doing "Linda" after last night's WOB, so I set my bench press max: 85. Now that I know where I am at my goal is to hit 100 by summers end.

Awesome job on the bench today TM! I dont think you will have a problem hitting 100 by the end of the summer!!
