30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
15 GHD Sit-ups

10 minutes of:
pullups x 10
dips x 10
stairs w/ 45# plate (15 steps)

Total: 5 rds + 8 pullups

stairs w/ 90# (2x45# plates)
10 rds w/ rest during partner's set

First 15 went quickly.

Finally got # 30 on the 4th attempt.
