20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups
Post total time and total reps plus calories (from row) to comments.
The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run.

10 sit ups

Did Jason today, but I ended up not getting the 25xsquats and 20 MUs, because I ran out of time and had to go to a meeting.
22:00 even for everything else.
I can do the MUs, but they just take a long time for me.
Doing today's WOD tomorrow morning. It'll be a 2 x WOD day.
Did alternative today cause im too sore and burnt out from moving......
