SP: 125 - shoulders still didn't feel quite right
BS: 205 - PR, but I should have gotten more
DL: 305 - PR, broke 300!

Total: 635

Next one I hope to break 650.

I can't believe how great I did!

SP: 62 - PR by 2
BS: 135 - PR, WOW! last time I couldn't get one at 50, I finally got the technique down.
DL: 175 - PR, last PR was 155 2 weeks ago.

Total: 372

I am so pumped! I can't wait till next time, I am dying to get 140 on SP.

took a secoind rest day, been really sore and tired from working out and moving, finally in the new house.....back 100% tommorow.

Matt and TM nice job on the total :) We will be back late tomorrow it's great to be lazy for a week, but looking forward to working out again. The gym here is a joke not even a pull-up bar. "State of The Art Gym"
