75 Push-ups
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 50 reps
50 Ring Dips
45 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps
25 Handstand Push-ups

65 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps
21 Jumping pull-ups

150 Burpees for time, 14:10

(Splits for each 50 3:35/5:14/5:20)

6 sets of pull-ups to failure

Found a big tire outside the gym, took everything I had left to flip it ONCE. Good times to come.
