Okay, not a PR, maybe my chocolate granola Will Ferrell gut may be slowing me down a bit. I may have to re think a few of the fine points of my diet...it’s been one of those weeks.

First time with 20# wallball and a verified 10' target. Mad props to Tim and Oak for a 5 minute time. I'll see if I can't shave off some of those minutes in the next few months.
I jacked this one up. I was trying to make up this workout today (2 June) and did thrusters for this workout instead of squat cleans and paired them with the GHD. All in all, 14:40 for 50,40,30,20,10 GHD and the 10,8,6,4,2 thrusters.
