Today was the second bi-weekly Friday CrossFit Challenge team workout.

The number of teams was significantly less than last time...

21-15-9 pull ups, 35lb kb swings, burpees

My kip was great today. I could've easily kept going past my 23 pull up PR, but I kind of had to stop at 21.
