Rest Day

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

So, after a week of resting off a quite painful "tweak" in my lower back, I decided I'd try some form work today.

45lbs & 65lbs

Cleans (all kinds), squats, fsquats, ohsquats, snatches

I tried to focus primarily on receiving the bar during the clean, as I was receiving it on my palms and not in the rack, but now I think I'm good.
