Last time I did this WOD was back in Dec '06. I was 10# lighter so used 180# for the bench. My bench numbers stayed the same, so obviously an improvement there but my pull-ups dropped 17 total reps. Ugh. I'll blame the ghetto pull-up bar, but I still need to work on getting those numbers back up so I hit 20+ reps per set.
I did the alt Diane since I recently did Lynne
