1/2 ROM on hspu. 30 seconds faster than last time with better ROM. Slowly but surely.

Royale: I didn't time myself; did HSPU with feet elevated about 36" and jumping ring dips (worked on negatives)

My shoulders are toast that was tough I was doing singles on a lot of the push ups. * need to work on those more
