With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

*80 was ugly but not bad considering my max is 83. Although I need to work on that one should be higher.

Ran uphill on treadmill on 12 incline and at moderate pace for 17 min and did circuit of push ups dumbell squats and jumping lunges felt really good, pushups done with hands close to body, felt good today oh and D I had to add a few curls so i dont loose these beastly guns of mine.
