I don't think I'm ready for it..boo! Of course this one would come up 3 days later!
Worked out with Jen again...great workout! Substituted muscle ups for pull-ups and band dips. Used 75# for cleans & finished in 21:45
Had a pretty good week until today, disappointed - hands are destroyed.
SP: 55(5),60(4,)65(3),70(2),75(1),80(1),85(f)
* I took the easy way out today I'm just dragging haven't been sleeping well at all. I did take a 40 min hike with my daughter and niece earlier.
Thanks again Michelle for the motivation! Substituted muscle ups with pull ups and 1-band dips (21 each). Used 65# for HPC. Time - 22:08
