7 Front Squats 185 lbs
7 Burpee Pull Ups
I used 75# and just did burpees...6 rounds + 7 squats
That looks nasty Michelle.
Took a nice 13 mile bike ride with Rick today.
Yoga class for me...is that the CF football, Michelle? Yikes!
