chose alternate today since i haven't done backsquat in a while. obviously it was the WRONG choice since it's tomorrow's wod.
my loads were:
95,105,115,125,135,145,150x2 (
(i think...i might be off by 5# somewhere in the middle. can't remember if i went up by 10# the whole time.)
