*Last time I did it was back in Oct and did it in 12:02 not too bad I guess. Before that I always did it with 45# and was in the 7 mins. Crazy that 10# can make such a difference. Today I broke it into sets of 5 I just couldn't seem to catch my breath.

came back this evening to do Nicole but I forgot to write down my numbers. I know I completed 8 rounds of running (like last time) but my pull-ups were a lot higher this time...between 7-12 range.
