* I ran the first 800 someone was mowing their lawn and the smell almost made me sick. So I was walk/running trying not to throw up. I ended up rowing the last 2 rounds. Doing CF pregnant is harder than I expected!

I had to sub the wall ball b/c someone stole the damn thing from the gym. It turned out to be a really good sub.
