30 Muscle-ups for time

Post time to comments.

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

*didn't have a spot so to be on the safe side I cut my bench a rep short just in case.

found out I have Biceps Tendinitis of the Shoulder. Suppose to be out 2 weeks, but im giving it 4-5 days...
