Hey there! I ran today for 25:16. I hope it was 3 miles at least. My hands are still not ready for kips so I took advantage of the weather:)

I chose to do Grace. I have only been CrossFitting for a week, so I used 65 lbs. I got my first callus rip today, and I was proud of myself when I did the last 12 anyway.
