Yesteday...Barbara at the Y. Subbed back ext for pull-ups since my hands are not well :( 44ish minutes total including rests. 5-7 minute rounds. I deleted my splits by accident. It would have been REALLY ugly had I done pull-ups...raw hands or not!

Today: 6 mile run, I think. About an hour...no clock, no GPS.

Nancy. Had to sub elliptical for run. Elliptical didn't have a distance reading so just did 2 minutes per set.
