1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

hey all! we just got back to tn tonight. it's funny 'cause Riley was asking me if I wanted to go to the gym tomorrow. I said, "let me see what the wo is"...now that I see it's Murph I'm non-committal :)
Riley and I went in today and did Murph:
Michelle: 50:10 as Rx'D(13 min improvement since August)

21 BS adding 5lbs time did this with Nat we started at 45-145 this time I did not fail at 145 so that makes me happy!
