As RX'd: 11:50. (Women's RXd weight was 185#.) Kind of slow, but that was really heavy me for 5x/5 sets.
Felt strong at the end -kept going with sets of 1:
195, 205, 210, 215, 220, 225 (PR). Yay! A new PR, and by 15#. It's amazing how much stronger you get with CF. I don't even feel like I've been working on it, but my stats just keep going up (just like Michelle's awesome CFT today).

It's crazy that I am now better at HPC over PC. I need to fix that.
Also, I would like to say that I am very proud of MIchelle and her improvements. She came to CFC and the bar was heavy for her. 6 months later and she has made dramatic strength increases. It is a pleasure to watch her she has a mental toughness that few have. Even though she hated the weights she pushed through and has even learned to enjoy lifting heavy.
