Sorry I haven't been posting much. Don't have ready access to a computer that allows blogs.
I completed four rounds using a tread mill (6:39min mile to 7:39min mile or something like that). I did 7 L-Pull ups instead of 15. I just couldn't lift my heavy butt. I know... pitiful. :-)
Not feeling so great today so going to take an unscheduled rest day.
