I was thinking about running my 6 mile loop out here on Sunday, so this is perfect! Besides, my hands can't do anything else right now!

Although I'm still doing the strength cycle, I couldn't resist giving today's WOD a try. I ran the10K in 52:14 with the family... so Riley pushed the stroller...woo hoo! This is a new pr for me...8:25 pace!!!Dymphna, I'll do DL tomorrow and then do one last strength workout on Monday...I'm actually kind of sad that the strength cycle is coming to an end.

Kinda light day when I started the DL I got a bad headache so decided to stay light. (although it felt heavy)

Michelle I am glad I have converted you to enjoy the strength side of CF. I wish we could always be on strength cycle unfortunately a lot of our other skills would diminish. I am already looking fwd to the next time we do it :)
