Been a long few days on the road, Tun and i got stuck in seattle after the snow closed the portland airport, and SW air lost Tun's bag! So, we made up Eva today at a local gym, Tun tried to row but her C2 was swiped as soon as she started her KB swings,(so she ran insted, and she was very happy about it i must say!;-), my KB was swiped as soon as i started running! Not sure about our times but i about tossed my x-mas treats on round 4! that is my new fav WOD. And yes Tun will make sure that we make up the squats!

Thats funny when i signed on and saw a post I was thinking I know that is not Joe saying he did BS hahaha.

SP: 5x5 45,50,55,60,65

Pull up ladder starting at 1 and going to 10. And this was not on the minute I just started at 1 pull up rested went to 2, 3,4 etc so rest between each set and still sucked.

*My pull-ups are down since I haven't been focusing on them during the strength cycle like I was planning on. CF WODs are going to kick my butt when I get back on the daily WOD soon.

Yeah the only reason we didn't do squats was b/c the gym didn't have a squat rack!! Grrrrr ;)
