Dymphna, weren't we just talking about double-unders yesterday?

I will need lots of work on this one!!!
20:45...yikes
And that was WITH 3 watch-stopping interruptions from my 3 year old who was napping when I started. Ughh! Thank goodness for those breaks, though!

After the first 50 floundering (which were comical and there lots of failed ones in there, of course), I found that "single-single-doubleunder" helped me keep rhythm for at least a few double-unders or attempts, if that makes sense. So, I did about a million jumps and about 30 failed double-unders but I'm done!!

Now, off to roll out some sugar cookies...and I'll have to taste-test the dough first! There go those burned calories!

nice job on the double unders Tammy. They are a bugger. I kept getting tripped up as well. Looking forward to when I can nail them though!

15:33, which is a good time to beat next time. LOL

Good job, Tammy. Whatever works, right!?! That's how I started doing them when I wrestled in high school. :-)
