Clean & Jerk: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95(f)...was my old PR. Not sure what my deal was this morning...didn't eat my wheaties for breakfast, I guess.

I had to delete my last post. I made a mistake. After some research, I noted I didn't get a new PR. Oh, well...

135, 145, 155, 165, 175(f), 175, and 175(f).

I think my form is better now-a-days, but today I was weak. Must be the weather or something. :-)
