30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Not too bad. I wasn't motivated for this WOD at all, not to mention it was freezing cold outside on the pull-up bars. Only have one other time I've done this WOD complete (about a year ago) and dropped 5 minutes off of cumulative time.
