65 pound Thrusters, 50 reps
50 Pull-ups
65 pound Thrusters, 30 reps

65 pound Thrusters, 20 reps
20 Pull-ups

150, 150, 150(2), 145, 145(2), 140, 140

Felt unmotivated and weak today. I'll stick with 150 next time this comes around and hopefully push past this as just a bad day.
