With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

*not bad since I'm carrying around 20 extra lbs and at 31 weeks.
Did Annie from yesterday's alt, but don't know my time because I stopped my watch while I having to help Em. Then forgot to restart it. :( I did do double unders, but they took me forever! Also did pull-up ladder. Only got in 9 minutes (so 10 pull-ups). My PR is 11 + 9 so need some work on pull-ups.
