1 mi warm up. 3 mile tempo run at 9 min pace. Tried running POSE the entire time and was mostly successful ( I think...who knows what I really looked like). 1 mile cool down. Then did Bench Press 50x5, 55 x5, 65 x11 & singles maxing at 85#. Also, gonna brag on my hubby for doing Linda as Rx'd (cause I know he won't post it) in 13 something!!!

Yeah, Rileys time was crazy fast. You did great on BP too you'll be getting a pr by the end of the month. Just don't pass me lol.
