Royale: 23:52 sub'd 15lb wallballs and jumping pullups.
Ripped a callous on the first set and it sucked. Did a PR of 20 pu on set one. Had to sub jumping pullups for sets 3-5.
My time was either 20:42 or 24:42, I cant remember.
