First set of thrusters unbroken, then it fell apart after that to sets of 10. Pullups were in sets of 5. I could have squeezed out some early sets of 10, but I think it would have crushed me for the last set.

Set 1 @ 6 min.
Set 2 @ 8 min.
Set 3 under 10 min.

last 10 pullups of second set and last 20 pullups of third set were jumping pullups.

* my legs are like jello I am sure knowing rick was waiting online for me made me go a little faster. I broke first 2 sets on thrusters in 10's last set was very broken and used Dball to make sure was going at least P.
