Subbed ring rows (3x) and ring dips (1x) for muscle-ups. Did rows instead of pullups to save my shredded hands.

I still cant do a muscle-up so I did jumping mu's to work on my dips and the transition.

I did jumping MU and not sure on the time I think around 15 mins or so.....

also did 5x5 BS 85# working on form
