My time was HORRIBLE 27:27 I decided to row instead of run. I started with 35# went to 25# my legs were killing me.

However, the good news is I met a goal of mine 6 months earlier than planned... 200,000m on the rower! So I am very happy with that.

Also did some ab work after cooled down (50 situps, 10 knees to elbows)

As rx'd except I did the thrusters before the run by mistake. Also, my legs were still tired from yesterday, so I didnt go as deep on the thrusters as I was supposed to.

NO MY TIME WAS 26MIN AND CHANGE SORRY GUYS
