Weighted myself this morning, 190#. That's 5# heavier than when I arrived two months ago. Hope its not fat!

got in some extra work by hang power cleaning the first rep of every set since we don't have a power rack.

8 rounds (finished at 20:22 so really not quite 8)

*KTE quickly became knee ups
LPU were singles and I used a box so I wasnt at full extention, however still tough.
