Sean: 25 MU, 20 ring pullups, 20 ring dips- A shameful 18:40. I'm gonna go do a HANO (High-Altitude No-Opening) jump off the nearest overpass.

Jumping MU 6:12 didn't feel like I did much so I did shoulder press 55# was going to do 5x5 but only got 4 on first round so made it 3x7, also did 15 OHS with my little 25# just working on form.
