did 5k run fast pace and 4 rounds of hill sprints yesterday. I'm in C'ville now until the 14th. I'll see ya'll for a couple workouts before I leave.

time: 25:34, which is around my last time in C'ville. Given the altitude here, I'd say I made some improvement. My splits were:
pullups: 09:12 (9:12)
pushups: 16:40 (7:28)
situps: 21:54 (5:14)
squats: 25:34 (3:40)
Tim, Angie would be a great one for you to do here! Looking forward to seeing you when you stop by. On Sat Larry and Jimmy are coming by to finish the ropes.

First of all let me say "I am an idiot". Around 40-50, my hands starting tearing up on the pull-ups, but I kept going until 100. D took a pic. I think I am out of most w/o's for a few days now.
