did 5k run fast pace and 4 rounds of hill sprints yesterday. I'm in C'ville now until the 14th. I'll see ya'll for a couple workouts before I leave.

time: 25:34, which is around my last time in C'ville. Given the altitude here, I'd say I made some improvement. My splits were:

pullups: 09:12 (9:12)
pushups: 16:40 (7:28)
situps: 21:54 (5:14)
squats: 25:34 (3:40)

5 rnds for time
10 pullups, 10 handstand pushups, 15 squats, 15 pushups, 400m run.

Time: 17:10
D, I'll come by Sat. I have a black box workout set for that day that includes bench so maybe I can help you with your bench

First of all let me say "I am an idiot". Around 40-50, my hands starting tearing up on the pull-ups, but I kept going until 100. D took a pic. I think I am out of most w/o's for a few days now.
