40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

4 rounds 400m run 2 min rest between on treadmill.
all rounds 1:30, that was as fast as it would go.

I followed Rick today and did the 5x5s stayed low because I didn't have a spot. (although pretty tired so I don't think I could have done much higher)
