21-18-15-12- and 9 rep rounds of:
95 pound Deadlift
95 pound Hang clean
95 pound Front squat
95 pound Push jerk

or

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps
7 Pull-ups

This one was some scunion. My clean technique is lacking (I just muscled through it) and my time suffered for it. I'll have to work on that.

I had to break everything up except the DL.

I also rowed 1500m today I think I like the old model B better after doing a couple of rows on the C. I'll have to keep switching to watch my times.
